IDRO BOX
The NEW WALL MOUNTED LAVOR PRO fixed washing station called IDRO BOX. A high pressure cleaner fixed to the wall and connected to water and electrical supply permanently. This avoids unnecessary machine movements, helps reduce theft and increases reliability compared to mobile pressure washers and it is always ready to use without loss of time and little effort.
Ideal for those operators who use high-pressure cleaners often and intensively and in the same place, for example in farms for washing agricultural machinery and dairies, vehicle wash bays and building materials depots.
IDRO BOX wall mounts are manufactured with a tough steel frame, lance holder, automatic Stop System, pressure regulator, pressure gauge and pressure accumulator. They are available in three different models: IDRO BOX 1211, 1613, 2015 with power from 3000 to 7000 W, pressure from 125 to 200 bar and delivery rate from 660 to 900 l/h. Optional extras include a hose-reel and high-pressure detergent supply. Stainless steel construction, ideal for for use in food processing factories, is also available as an optional extra.

Clean Machine/Dirt Driver 3000/15 Twin Pump
This is a typical example of our bespoke pressure washer systems built to our customers exact requirements. In partnership with Dirt Driver Ltd., we have manufactured an awesome pressure washer installed into a new Volkswagen Crafter medium wheelbase high roof van. Powered by a 30 horse power Isuzu 4 cylinder water cooled engine, this pressure washer has two pumps providing 3000 p.s.i. @ 15 litres per minute each, allowing two operators to work at the same time. The Isuzu engine runs very quietly as it is quite capable of driving the two pumps at low engine revs, approximately 1500 rpm. If only one pump is required, the second pump can be switched to by-pass mode and water is diverted back to the twin onboard water tanks without passing through the unloader valve, reducing unnecessary wear on components. As our customer operates all over the UK and Northern Ireland, we have made the unloader valves quick release, in the event of a failure the valve can be quickly and easily replaced, especially useful when working through the night.
The photos show the two wheel arch water tanks mounted on stainless steel brackets. The tanks hold 300 litres each and incorporate a baffle for safety on the road. A made to measure stainless steel hose tidy is bolted to the door post. The shelf above the tanks carries a scaffold tower and long reach lances for high work. The space between the two tanks can be used to store safety equipment and cleaning chemicals.
